Rebuilding the gearbox and other parts. The brakes are Girling like the 206. They have a separate parking brake unlike the 246 ATE brake. The gearbox was coated with glyptal and baked. With the porous castings they are coated inside.

There have been too many projects that have gotten ahead of my 206 but today worked on the seat rails and restoring the seat belts. The 206 seats have a rake adjustment.

Almost ready for primer.
Starting the surfacing. It’s moving along and I hope to have it back for assembly in about 4 months.
All the metal work is completed and now at Speedzone Paint where Brad just finished with Epoxy Primer. This is #14 for Brad at Speedzone Paint in Santee, Calif.
Engine out and on the rotisserie. Next stop is media blast.
