On it’s way to Los Angeles to be re-united with the motor. It will then come back for color sand and buff and final detail items.

Mel’s car looks stunning in black and now reassembly starts.

The Dino has been in the paint stage at Brad’s for the last week. Sealer, base color and clear. Still needs all the satin trim, color sanding and buff. I expect to start reassembly the first week of January. Another outstanding paint job by Brad!

With one more block sanding left for the body and the panels done the painting began.

Now that Mel’s car is at the paints shop I reassembled and rebuilt most of the parts to be ready when it comes back from paint

Mel’s car is off to the paint shop. All the parts have been re-plated in cad yellow, cad clear and black oxide. The powdercoating is complete and now ready to work on all the sub assemblies. I love starting with a clean slate! This will be a stunner with black paint and red interior.

Off to the media blaster today, everything except the outer back where some surfacing work was already begun. The front right fender was massaged do to poor factory fit. This car now starts where it should of 6 months ago. All is well now and it can move forward!
