The best part of these projects is reassembly! Months are spent with taking it apart, restoring all the parts to new, metal work on the body, paint, upholstery, engine rebuild and a hostb of other projects.
it’s back from the paint shop and getting ready to start reassembly. It’s my favorite part of the process, as it starts to come to life and clean hands at the end of the day. The Dino was originally Rosso Chiaro but I made a change, also deleted USA lights, front, rear and side, as well as smog equipment. Now for the haters!!! How could I do such a thing. My grandaughter Gracie is cleaning a spot for it in the shop.
All the metal work is completed and now at Speedzone Paint where Brad just finished with Epoxy Primer. This is #14 for Brad at Speedzone Paint in Santee, Calif.
Today after all the metal work being completed left for Speedzone Paint for another fabulous paint job. This one will be stunning in Grigio Ferro Mettallizzato
All the metal work is finished. I deleted all USA lights and molded in Euro front indicator lights. Just like the car was originally designed. Next is fitting the rubber seals to make sure everything opens and closes correctly, then off to the paint shop for Grigio Ferro Mettallizzato.
