With all the metal work done and the gaps all good, it leaves today for Speedzone for Azzurro Dino, it’s original color.
Starting on another RSR Tribute
I decided to do two RSR tributes simultaneously. I’m getting the 2nd 911T getting ready for media blast. The first is at the blasters now and I’ll get it back next week.
More grinding
One more day of grinding and it should be ready for media blast. Went through 3 Harbor Freight Grinders and 6 Knotted wire brush wheels. A real PITA job!!
Just getting started
Enough Dinos for awhile! I needed a change of pace so I got a couple of 73 911t’s to make my version of RSR tributes. In the process of stripping the car.
Metal work
More Metal work to bring it back to stock. Soon will be ready for surfacing and paint. Back to Rosso Dino.
Stripped
Bringing it back to stock condition!
Finishing metal work
Back to work on 07574. Doing the finish metal work for another week or so then off to the paint shop!
Back to original!
So after finishing the interior the owner decided to do the body back to original and go back to the original color. I moved my lift from my old shop Saturday, so today was going backwards to strip the entire car. In a few days it should be on the rotisserie and off for media blasting then some extensive metal work to bring it back to original. It is going Rosso Dino.
