The interior is about finished except for the Daytona seat inserts. New heat shield were made with a ceramic matt used as insulation.

All is moving along as the metal work is almost done, the motor is about done. all the interior is done and most of the parts have been refurbished and all I need is a painted body.

A New Project #06450 Chairs and Flares

I drove from San Diego to Oakland to pick up a new project, an original Dino GTS Flares and Chairs still in it’s original paint. The previous owners owner and regularly drove “Dino” for 34 years and said goodbye today!! I brought it to my shop to begin a total nuts and bolts, rotisserie restoration. The new owner’s 14 year old son did all the research and recommended to his Dad to buy this one. A great choice being a rare flares and chairs car with all books and tools and in original condition.
