Off to the media blaster today, everything except the outer back where some surfacing work was already begun. The front right fender was massaged do to poor factory fit. This car now starts where it should of 6 months ago. All is well now and it can move forward!

Dino 246 GTS get completely stripped. Dino Restoration, Jon Gunderson
Mel’s car is back to be completely stripped, media blasted, all parts replated and rebuilt along with powder coating various parts. As you can see it would of been a crime to continue on the path this car was headed as some of the surfacing had already begun. Shiny paint can’t hide whats underneath. I started today taking the rest of it apart and will have it on a rotisserie and headed for blasting by the first of next week.

First coat of clear went on, what a difference the clear coat makes! It gets sanded again before the final clear coat. It’s looking awesome, Brad at Speedzone doing a masterpiece!
