The engine is being disassembled for a rebuild after it is diagnosed for exactly what it needs. I also received the steering rack back from a rebuild.

206 Doors
I have all the the doors and lids disassembled and off the car and at the media blaster for blasting and metal etch primer. These doors are a lot lighter than a 246, being aluminum skinned.
Steering Column
One assembly that definitely needs to be working well. Now as good as when it left the factory 40 years ago!

206 Engine Out
I spent some time on my 206 today taking it apart to get it ready for body work and paint. I thought the 246 motors were tight in getting out, the 206 motor is really tight and in after thought it would of been much easier to remove the bell housing first.. Live and learn. Anyways it’s out and will get a complete rebuild. The doors and all the lids are off and were delivered to the media blaster today. The gas tanks and fuel pumps were removed. There is quite a bit of difference between 206 and 246. I would like to get it on a rotisserie but I only have 2 and both in use. I think Grigio Ferro Metallizzato will be stunning on the 18th 206 made.
